Development Professional Roundtable

Next meeting will take place remotely to review draft Code in the second week of  August (date/time TBD)

Throughout the development of this project, City staff has hosted meetings with development professionals (e.g. land use consultants, architects, surveyors, contractors, land use attorneys, etc.) to learn about proposed changes to land use regulations and share direct feedback with City staff. 

Joint Committee of the PLD & Planning Board

August 10, 2020 (Monday) at 6:30 PM (Zoom Meeting)

Throughout the summer and fall of 2020, the Joint Committee will be holding meetings to review and discuss the draft Land Development Code. These meetings are open to the public and will meet on the second monday of each month at 6:30 pm, and potentially more often if needed. 

One-One Meeting or Group Presentations (By Request)

If you would like to meet one-to-one with City staff to discuss this project, and/or your organization or group would like City staff to present on this project, please let us know! We would be happy to accommodate your schedule for such a meeting or presentation.

Public Info / Comment Session on Draft Code (August 2020)

Virtual public info/comment sessions will take place on August 12 at 12:00 pm and August 13 at 6:30 pm. 

The City will host virtual information/comment sessions on the draft Land Development Code in the 2nd week of August 2020. Click learn more below for dates/times and info for how to participate.
