Listed below are an array of meetings, events, & other opportunities to participate in and keep informed of the project's progress.

Joint Committee of the PLD & Planning Board

January 11, 2021 (Monday) at 6:30 PM (Zoom Meeting with Call-In Option / Broadcast Live on Cheshire TV)

Throughout the fall and winter of 2020-2021, the Joint Committee will be holding public workshops to review and discuss the Land Development Code and Downtown Zoning Update Ordinances O-2020-10 & O-2020-11. These meetings are open to the public. Check the Joint Committee website for agendas for upcoming meetings and minutes from previous meetings.


Members of the public may submit written comments in advance of each meeting to be shared with the Committee by emailing or mailing to: City Hall c/o Community Development, 3 Washington St, 4th Floor, Keene, NH 03431.

One-One Meeting or Group Presentations (By Request)

If you would like to meet one-to-one with City staff to discuss this project, and/or your organization or group would like City staff to present on this project, please let us know! We would be happy to accommodate your schedule for such a meeting or presentation.

Development Professional Roundtable


Throughout the development of this project, City staff has hosted meetings with development professionals (e.g. land use consultants, architects, surveyors, contractors, land use attorneys, etc.) to learn about proposed changes to land use regulations and share direct feedback with City staff.
