DOWNTOWN ZONING UPDATE

For the first time in 50 years, the City of Keene is pursuing a new approach for zoning in the Downtown.

WE WANT YOUR INPUT!

See below for more info

While zoning may not seem like an interesting topic or one that might impact you directly, you may be surprised.

Do you love the look and feel of Main Street?

Do you wish parts of downtown looked different?

Keene's downtown zoning update can play a role in addressing these questions.

Recognizing the importance of downtown to Keene and the  region, the City is working with the firm, Camiros, to update its downtown zoning regulations. This effort is the first of its kind for the City, as it has been over 50 years since Keene's zoning was examined comprehensively.
