The City of Keene adopted ordinances O-2020-10B & O-2020-11A relating to the establishment of a Land Development Code and changes to Keene's Downtown Zoning, and O-2021-04 relating to the establishment of a Congregate Living & Social Services License on May 20, 2021.
The Land Development Code became effective Sep 1, 2021 and was last amended on June 15, 2023. ​
